Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. However, since we sell digital products, once you have received the license key and it has been activated, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gaetano Manfredi, Via A. Turi, 46 – 70011 Alberobello (BA) – IT | [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., via email or using our contact form). You may use our contact form for the withdrawal request, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you exercise the right of withdrawal and have not yet received the license key or have not activated the product, we will refund all payments received (since delivery is digital and free, there are no shipping costs to be refunded) without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received proof that the product has not been used.
When a Request Will Not Be Approved
- A refund or replacement request will be denied if the product has already been activated, making it non-reusable and non-marketable.
- A refund or replacement request will be denied if you refuse assistance from our team.
- A refund or replacement request will be denied if made more than 14 days after the purchase.
You must exercise utmost care before installing and activating the purchased product. Ensure you have purchased the correct product and verify its compatibility with your device before proceeding. Products subject to return or replacement will be locked and rendered unusable. If activated, they will no longer work on the target devices.
Reasons for Forfeiture of the Right of Cancellation
The right to refund or replacement is forfeited if the product has been activated and is therefore no longer resellable or reusable.
